Terms and Conditions – TebWeb Innovations LLC

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices issued by TebWeb Innovations are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. A 50% deposit is requested prior to the commencement of production to reserve project time, personnel, and resources.

Late Payments

Balances not paid within thirty (30) days may be subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum amount permitted by Pennsylvania law, whichever is less, calculated on the outstanding balance. TebWeb Innovations understands that nonprofit organizations may require additional administrative approvals and encourages timely communication if extended payment arrangements are needed.

Project Continuity

TebWeb Innovations reserves the right to pause production, withhold drafts or final deliverables, or delay release of materials if an invoice becomes significantly past due. Work will resume promptly once payment or payment arrangements are resolved.

In-Kind Contributions & Community Discounts

TebWeb Innovations may provide in-kind services or discounted project rates to nonprofit and community organizations at its discretion. Any in-kind contribution will be clearly identified in the estimate or invoice as a non-cash contribution reflecting fair market value. In-kind services apply only to the specified scope of work. Late charges apply only to the cash-payable portion of invoices.

Scheduling & Client Delays

Reasonable accommodations will be made for nonprofit scheduling needs. Significant delays or rescheduling within 72 hours of a scheduled shoot may result in additional charges to cover reserved crew time or equipment.

Collection Costs

The Client agrees to be responsible for reasonable collection costs incurred by TebWeb Innovations, including attorney’s fees and court costs, to the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law.
